Over the past couple of years we’ve entered and won many awards with our customers. We’ve now been given the opportunity to sit on the other side of the table. Today our Head Of External Affairs, Dave Gudgeon will be judging submissions at the prestigious International Customer Experience Awards.
It’s an exhilarating experience. It’s a challenge, it’s fun, it’s active, it’s exciting and it’s all online, from start to finish. Awards International who organise the event are the recipients of the coveted Gold Trust Mark from the Independent Awards Standards Council.
Over the past few weeks we’ve been assessing entries from around the globe in the ‘Best Customer Experience Strategy’ category, offering detailed feedback and sharing our insights. We’re scored all of the written entries and this accounts for 50% of the overall score. During today’s finals, Dave will sit on the judging panel and assess the entries via live presentations. The finalists will all deliver a 30 minute presentation and it’s our chance to hear more inspirational stories from some of the world’s top companies. The combined scores from the written entries and todays presentations will determine the winner to be announced during this evening awards ceremony.
