What we are looking for

Someone who is outgoing and passionate about providing exceptional customer service, who will make a difference to our business and our customers. It’s important for you to be a great communicator and equally a good listener. You’ll need to have a passion for investigation; find out what our customers want and deliver that service. You will always put our customer first, so we deliver service excellence. You will work as part of a team that contributes towards UKWSL being the best in the industry.

 

You might say we are a different type of corporate and we are looking for a different type of team member.

 

What do i need?

  • A minimum of or working towards 5 GCSEs at grade 4 – 9 / A – C or above including Math’s and English at GCSE or A Level, or an equivalent level qualification such as a Level 2 apprenticeship.
  • Have lived in the EU for 3 years or more and have the right to work
  • NOT have a qualification already at degree level or higher in the same subject
  • NOT already have studied a similar level apprenticeship

You will report to the Customer Services Team Leader.

You will be based in Newark, Nottinghamshire at our Head Office location.
