Zero waste to landfill occurs when all materials that have historically been sent to landfill are sent down the route of recycling, recovery, waste to energy or composting.

UK Waste Solutions Limited is working with its customer base to offer both an internal and external solution that allows segregation at source making it easier for companies to meet their recycling targets.

We will concentrate our updates on the work that we are doing with a major profile high street retailer and a key player in the utilities energy market.

Amongst other initiatives both companies have adopted a ban the bin policy and are now using our range of WRAP compliant internal recycling containers to make the segregation of recycling easier to understand and put into practice.
